Perfect location for Murray State visits. Pleasant staff, always clean rooms with a fresh smell. Lovely gazebos outside. Beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, and original art on display. Excellent continental breakfast with great value.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and wet dog. There was a drop of pee stain on the duvet, and the sheets had bleach stains. But the shower size was surprisingly good for my height. Overall, the experience was mixed but satisfactory. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
