Clean, modern rooms with a convenient kitchenette. The location is great, not far from the interstate but still peaceful. We loved having a steakhouse right next door, although we didn't have a chance to try it. The parking was easy and the pet-friendly policy with a small fee was a big plus. it was a great value for the price.

I recently stayed at My Place Hotel in Brookings for a concert and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious pizza from the hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the concert venue. a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning.

The property was excellent and exceeded our high expectations. The relaxed atmosphere made it a pleasure to return to our room after spending our days with the grandkids. The bedding was as good or better than at some 5-star hotels we've stayed at. The cookies were great! The hotel is comfortable with an accommodating staff. The location is convenient and the rooms are clean and modern. We appreciated the full-size fridge in the kitchenette and the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly.

Almost perfect. The beds were very hard, which caused discomfort for my wife who has fibromyalgia. This contributed to a major flare-up, resulting in a migraine headache and vomiting.
