Hotel stay purpose was leisure and the duration of my stay was 3 nights. Palihotel's location is excellent, with easy access to shopping and transportation. The interior has a charming early 20th century flair with modern updates. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel's restaurant and jazz bar on the second floor are a delightful surprise, offering great food in a modern and eclectic setting. I highly recommend this hotel.

palihotel san francisco exceeded my expectations during this exploring town. stylish boutique hotel with luxe bathroom, rain shower, and diptyque toiletries. happy hour with free wine and beer. location is excellent, close proximity to nob hill, chinatown, union square etc. overall, would stay again.

Elevator broken throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Palihotel for a few nights while exploring the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions like Union Square and Chinatown. The hotel itself had a charming and cozy vibe, with beautiful decor that blended modernity with the building's older style. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice touch with the shutters on the windows. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the robes provided were so cozy. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. I also appreciated the variety of healthier options available for breakfast.

We loved the modern bathroom and the beautiful breakfast room with its excellent breakfast options, including delicious bread. The hotel's location on Union Square was perfect for exploring the city, with Chinatown and the cable car path within walking distance. The helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, providing great value for money in this expensive hotel area.

The elevator in the hotel is old and slow, which can be inconvenient for guests in a hurry.

We chose Palihotel for our wedding at City Hall and it was perfect. The large room allowed us to get ready comfortably, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless for our photos. The bar area, although closed, was beautiful and we were allowed to take photos there. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring Union Square and the surrounding cafes and shops.

Lovely room on 8th floor, unfortunately lift out of service for 2 weeks. Hotel moved me promptly upon request. Delicious breakfast with berries and quiches. Great cocktail bar, perfect for solo travelers. Friendly front desk staff provided excellent service.

The hotel had a great location, being close to Union Square and the center of the city, which made it very convenient for exploring. the staff were also very attentive and helpful, providing great customer service. Additionally, the rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay at the hotel. the Wi-Fi connection in my room was inconsistent, although I was able to access it in the lobby if necessary.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to downtown, Union Square, and Chinatown. It was also conveniently located near bus stops and tram lines, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, the hotel itself had a beautiful decor and the bed was really comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the mornings and the free beer and wine in the evenings.

There were several things that disappointed me about my stay. First, the noise level in the hotel was unbearable.

The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with nice bathrooms and thoughtful extra touches. The upper floors offer some nice views, even though the windows are somewhat covered. The complimentary breakfast, which includes fresh fruit and good coffee, is a great bonus and is included in the rate. The pastries and coffee are delicious, even at an amazingly high rate.

All was more than ok, except for one minor aspect.
