my stay at palihotel was absolutely dismal. the front desk staff seemed like they were in a daze, and I had to remind them I was even a guest. oh, and if you enjoy soft pillows and uncomfortable beds, you're in luck. I expected at least a complimentary minibar for my trouble, but alas, no special gestures. what a letdown.
