The hotel facility seemed fairly new and the check-in process was easy. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. the room was clean and well laid out, with a great shower. the breakfast provided was above average and we enjoyed the outdoor patio area and the common area in the lobby.

The location was further away from the city center than expected and the noise from the nearby highway was noticeable in the rooms. the air conditioner was also quite loud, which could be disruptive to sleep.

We loved the aesthetic and small details in the room. The breakfast had many delicious options to choose from. The facility encouraged a community feel in the lobby.

The breakfast had a great variety of tasty food, which exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the availability of coffee and tea 24 hours a day. the modern and refreshing room design was a pleasant surprise. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

One of the downsides was that the bathroom door wouldn't click shut, it would stay open slightly. Additionally, there was no soap in the container at the sink, although we were able to use the soap in the shower instead.

The room decor was simple and elegant, not overwhelming like other hotels. the shower was amazing and I loved the convenience of having soap and lotion dispensers on the wall. the laminate flooring throughout the room was a nice touch, much cleaner than carpet!

I arrived late and had to wait 45 minutes for my room, which was frustrating. They promised to give me credit back, but never did.

We loved the laminate flooring and walk-in shower in our room, as well as the dimmable lamp and multiple phone charging ports. The staff at the front desk was very helpful in accommodating our request for a quiet room away from other guests. The breakfast had many delicious options to choose from, although we unfortunately couldn't try it due to a prior commitment. we had a great experience and felt safe with the digital key access.
