The complimentary breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast was amazing and had something for everyone. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was excellent and took us to both the town and the beach. the hotel was very clean and the staff were always helpful.

The hotel staff could have communicated better during the hurricane as we were not informed about the situation. the staff's attitude seemed negative towards a customer who had a disagreement at the front desk.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was exceptional, and there's really only one slight improvement we would suggest - a more comfortable bed. While the room itself was a nice size and beautifully decorated, the full-size bed left something to be desired in terms of comfort.
