The staff members Franc and Pancy were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. the facilities have been recently updated, and the indoor pool was a nice touch on cooler nights. the rooms were spacious and clean. the sprawling complex with lovely courtyard trees and seating provided a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel was under construction, which was not communicated beforehand. the promised hot breakfast was replaced with prepackaged items, and there was no hot coffee available.

The breakfast was amazing and had something for everyone. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was excellent and took us to both the town and the beach. the hotel was very clean and the staff were always helpful.

The hotel staff could have communicated better during the hurricane as we were not informed about the situation. the staff's attitude seemed negative towards a customer who had a disagreement at the front desk.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was exceptional, and there's really only one slight improvement we would suggest - a more comfortable bed. While the room itself was a nice size and beautifully decorated, the full-size bed left something to be desired in terms of comfort.
