Comfortable room, comfortable stay with an amazing shower and friendly staff who were always responsive to our needs.

The heated pool was nice, especially after the outdoor chill. The bathroom had hair left behind, which wasn't pleasant.

The restaurant’s food was solid, though service could be spotty. thin walls allowed too much noise, including a disruptive neighbor and loud staff. Bathroom cleanliness was an issue – hair and remnants left behind from previous guests. Parking fees were communicated poorly, leading to unexpected charges. A room without a microwave felt off and added to the discomfort. Despite the noise and cleanliness concerns, the welcoming culture here is undeniable. If you’re after a lively atmosphere, this spot is worth considering. A few tweaks and it could be great.

The bathroom was gross—hair everywhere, and there was even a condom wrapper on the floor! Plus, the shower was a nightmare; it wouldn’t drain and the bathroom door didn’t close. It ruined my whole experience there!

During my xmas stay, the lobby was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The hotel has a family, friendly atmosphere, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The room was spacious enough for two people, offering a comfortable and relaxing space for our stay. Plus, having a Starbucks on, site was a convenient perk for grabbing a quick coffee.

The bed and pillows provided exceptional comfort. Temperature control was a bit of a challenge; the room wouldn’t cool below 69 degrees. I appreciated the cleanliness but found the bathroom door odd with gaps, making it feel less private. Noise from the highway was nonexistent, which was impressive. The proximity to the pool was great for our kids, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. the shower temperature fluctuated annoyingly from hot to cold. the room was pleasant, but a few details need attention for an even better stay.

I was thrilled by how close we were to downtown and the famous Grand Ole Opry, making it effortless to stroll through the city and explore landmarks like the Cumberland River Pedestrian Bridge just under 5 km away; plus, the staff was super friendly, and the indoor and outdoor pools added to the fun vibe of our stay, but the walls were a bit thin, which meant we could hear everything from the hall and neighboring rooms.
