I recently stayed at Sonesta for a quick business trip. The lunch buffet was delicious and the workout facility impressed me. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was modern and beautiful, with no nasty hotel carpet in sight! The location was clean and up-to-date, and the comfortable bed and outstanding shower water pressure were definite highlights. The shuttle to the airport was excellent as well.

I gotta say, I definitely got my money's worth at Sonesta. The room was clean, cozy, and had super comfy beds. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of everything. And the staff? They treated us like royalty, so friendly and sweet.

The breakfast items could use a little improvement, just a small thing that could make it even better.

Our stay at Sonesta Nashville Airport was absolutely fantastic. The location was ideal, with easy access to both the mall and downtown. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproof windows worked wonders in keeping out noise from the airport and traffic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The indoor/outdoor pool area was a lovely spot to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Nashville Taphouse restaurant, with delicious food and attentive service. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, close to everything and the staff is exceptional. I loved the room service and the laundry services - it made my stay more comfortable. The indoor swimming pool and the sun loungers were perfect for relaxing. The room amenities were great too - especially the refrigerator which kept my drinks cold. I had a great experience here.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the airport in Nashville. The location was perfect, as it was close to both downtown Nashville and the BNA airport. It was very convenient for us to explore the city and catch our flights without any hassle. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice king-sized bed and all the amenities we needed. We even had the option of a room with a rollout bed, which worked great for our family. The attention to detail in the hotel was impressive, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Plus, the price for our stay was very reasonable, especially considering the great location and the quality of the accommodation. Despite breakfast not being included in our rate, we found plenty of delicious options served at nearby restaurants. All in all, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The staff, laundry service, pools, housekeeping, and restaurant were all exceptional. Ample parking was provided, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The front desk staff were cordial, knowledgeable, and efficient. a great stay.

Finding the hotel from the interstate was a bit confusing, but we were able to figure it out. The parking situation could be improved as it was a hassle. However, apart from these minor inconveniences, I had a great time at the hotel and enjoyed the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and great shower with good water pressure.

Stayed here for my Thanksgiving break and had a wonderful time. The hotel was in a perfect location close to the airport, which made it easy for my family to pick me up. The hotel staff was beyond accommodating and gave us early check-in and a late check-out. The pool and gym were a fantastic bonus, and the hotel even had a Starbucks inside, which made starting my day with a hot cup of coffee a breeze.

That the parking lot was quite full, so we had to park further away from the entrance. This made the walk to the lobby a bit longer, especially when carrying multiple bags.
