sonesta nashville airport exceeded my expectations during this holiday. the hotel was nice and clean, with a great restaurant for an airport hotel. the staff were helpful and the amenities were optimized for convenience.

Always my choice. Warm staff offered a hot drink at my first stay. Perfect amenities, including Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. Moreover, it suits me perfectly. I'm coming back for New Year.

I chose this hotel for attending a business conference because it provides extensive meeting facilities, including a business center and dry cleaning/laundry services. The staff was accommodating and the rooms were comfortable, providing a suitable environment for work and relaxation.

The only service that I missed for my work was a more reliable and responsive system for sending out receipts after checkout.

I recently stayed at Sonesta for a quick business trip. The lunch buffet was delicious and the workout facility impressed me. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was modern and beautiful, with no nasty hotel carpet in sight! The location was clean and up-to-date, and the comfortable bed and outstanding shower water pressure were definite highlights. The shuttle to the airport was excellent as well.

I gotta say, I definitely got my money's worth at Sonesta. The room was clean, cozy, and had super comfy beds. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of everything. And the staff? They treated us like royalty, so friendly and sweet.

The breakfast items could use a little improvement, just a small thing that could make it even better.

Our stay at Sonesta Nashville Airport was absolutely fantastic. The location was ideal, with easy access to both the mall and downtown. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproof windows worked wonders in keeping out noise from the airport and traffic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The indoor/outdoor pool area was a lovely spot to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Nashville Taphouse restaurant, with delicious food and attentive service. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great, near the airport and a short distance from downtown. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, close to everything and the staff is exceptional. I loved the room service and the laundry services - it made my stay more comfortable. The indoor swimming pool and the sun loungers were perfect for relaxing. The room amenities were great too - especially the refrigerator which kept my drinks cold. I had a great experience here.

I would ask for better vacation for senior people to have more frequent cleaning practices in the general areas. This would ensure that the peaceful surroundings are always kept immaculate for the comfort and safety of the elder guests.

The lobby was spacious and had great views of the pool and hot tub area. The rustic design of the room was really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel only offered free WiFi to rewards members, which is a bummer. My room had dirty covers with stains on them.

This hotel is great value. It's close to downtown and a waterpark, perfect for families. The rooms are comfortable, with nice amenities like a patio and very comfortable beds. Rollout beds are available. Breakfast can be served or not, depending on the rate.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the airport in Nashville. The location was perfect, as it was close to both downtown Nashville and the BNA airport. It was very convenient for us to explore the city and catch our flights without any hassle. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice king-sized bed and all the amenities we needed. We even had the option of a room with a rollout bed, which worked great for our family. The attention to detail in the hotel was impressive, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Plus, the price for our stay was very reasonable, especially considering the great location and the quality of the accommodation. Despite breakfast not being included in our rate, we found plenty of delicious options served at nearby restaurants. All in all, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The staff, laundry service, pools, housekeeping, and restaurant were all exceptional. Ample parking was provided, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The front desk staff were cordial, knowledgeable, and efficient. a great stay.
