The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the facility could benefit from some updates and more attention to cleanliness details.

The amenities are pretty nice and make for a comfy stay, but the hotel could benefit from further attention to room decor, which felt a bit dated at times.

Superb location right across from the Mississippi River and a lovely park. The larger rooms have a ton of character, and the staff is super friendly! Lots of nice spots nearby for great food and live music. Honestly, the pool was closed while I was there, which was a bummer, but the views more than made up for it!

The hotel has a prime location with a lovely river view and easy access to downtown, which made exploring a breeze. The breakfast was decent but featured many microwaved items, and I really wish they’d switch to a better coffee brand. Our room was comfortable for one night, but the mattress was too soft, leaving us with back pain. Maintenance needs attention—dusty surfaces and a dirty air filter were off-putting. It felt like a little effort could greatly improve the overall experience, especially given the charm of the place.
