The location was excellent with many dining options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was no complimentary breakfast, and the Bistro had limited hours and offerings. Friendly staff like Vickie provided great customer service, but engagement at check-in could be improved. Great for families looking for spacious accommodations.

The Guest Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The coffee machine was a nice touch. The indoor pool was clean, and there were sun loungers. I enjoyed the fitness center too. Everything sparkled, and the staff was super friendly!

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful even extending my check-out time when I asked. The location is ideal just minutes from my event and the hotel remains quiet, making it perfect for relaxation.

Despite the pleasant experience, I encountered an issue with the receptionist who provided misleading information, which dampened my overall stay. Additionally, the nearby traffic made accessing the venue a bit stressful at times.

I absolutely loved my stay in the King Room with Sofa Bed, Hearing Accessible! The indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Just a quick 7-minute drive from my event venue made it super convenient!

While the staff was somewhat helpful in changing my room due to a bug issue, the overall experience felt unsettling. The bathroom lock in my new room was malfunctioning, which added to my discomfort. It was just an optimal selection for a city break in Duluth with good price-quality ratio. The staff was awesome and really cared about us, especially during breakfast when they went out of their way to serve us freshly cooked food. Check out the nearby dining options. you'll find plenty of great places to eat!

The room was super clean and cozy right when we walked in all neat and tidy. Loved the vibe at night by the firepit it was chill and relaxing. Super quiet area just down the hill totally made it feel like a getaway!

but the food options were lacking, especially for kids. on the brighter side, the shuttle service to the arena was super convenient, the staff were really friendly, especially Qazi and Marcia, and the room had a nice fridge and microwave.
