We loved staying at the National Exchange! The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the excitement. The historic charm of the hotel was evident in every detail, and the renovation was beautifully done. The staff was friendly and provided top-notch service. The breakfast in the Grand Salon was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. our experience at the National Exchange was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel!

Classic gold rush-era restored hotel in the heart of everything. Friendly staff, large balcony for coffee. Small, well-appointed room with comfy bed. Clean bathroom with nice shower. Delicious breakfast in a nice area.

During our stay, the location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to explore the downtown shopping district right outside our door, and all the fun activities in the area were easily accessible. Our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing space after a day of hiking. The continental breakfast included delicious granola and fresh fruit, adding a nice touch to our mornings.

The breakfast was a major letdown. The coffee was lukewarm, and the muffins weren't ready, even though we arrived 45 minutes after they opened.
