I absolutely loved my stay at this place. The location was fantastic, being directly next to Armstrong Park and within walking distance of the Marigny area. It was also just across the road from the French Quarter, making it super convenient to explore this vibrant part of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a jacuzzi that was a true delight. The cleanliness was excellent, and I appreciated the gated safe parking provided. The staff, especially Bianca the housekeeper, was incredibly nice and helpful, providing us with tips on what to do in the city. this hidden gem is the perfect place to stay in this city.

I recently had an amazing stay at a charming B&B adjacent to the French Quarters. The location was perfect, allowing me to walk to all the major attractions including Frenchman Street, Bourbon Street, and Royal Street.

This hotel is perfect in terms of location - we walked everywhere and felt perfectly safe. The rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet and convenient to one another for our social gatherings. The basic amenities provided were top-notch and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast prepared each morning was delicious and a great start to the day.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling French Quarter but still peaceful and quiet. The free off-street parking was a huge plus. The courtyard was a beautiful spot for photos. The inn felt safe and secure with a locked gate and door. we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend the Jazz Quarters to anyone visiting New Orleans.

I stayed at this hotel in March and I have to say, it was a great value for money. The prices were affordable and the hotel really paid attention to detail. The location was perfect, right across from a park and right at the sidewalk of St. Philip street. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they even set up breakfast for us on our patio every morning. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with extra toiletries upon request and a small kitchen. The couch in the room was very comfy, making our stay even more enjoyable. And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with the bananas foster pancakes being my personal favorite.

The jacuzzi was a wonderful amenity, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. We also loved that it was just a short 10-minute walk to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. The location was ideal - close enough to enjoy the city but far away from the noise. As a family with kids, we loved the extra security provided by the locked gate and doorway next to the park. The proximity to the French Quarter was a real plus, especially with the convenience of nearby parking. we had a fantastic time and appreciated the opportunity to stay so close to everything.

Great stay in NOLA during Easter break. Loved the spacious Armstrong suite with separate living room and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location near Armstrong Park, short walk to the French Quarter. Hosts were friendly and gave great recommendations. Breakfasts were delicious, especially the breakfast couscous.

Street noise on weekends may bother light sleepers. Glasses and ice cube trays in the room were not properly cleaned.
