I can't believe how unwelcoming the front desk was upon arrival. Our room had a bra just sitting out, and the bed was littered with nail clippings. Seriously?

Perfectly situated for a weekend of fun and exploration

I loved how easy it was to stroll around and explore, with the T-Mobile Arena just a few steps away and a bunch of great dining options right downstairs, including Gallagher's Steakhouse and Greenberg's Deli, so I never went hungry. Plus, the quick access to shops and other casinos made it a breeze to enjoy everything the strip has to offer, all while having a nice view from my clean and spacious room. While the presence of cigarette smoke as soon as you enter was a bit off putting, the overall experience of being right in the heart of the action made it totally worth it.

I loved the smooth online check-in and checkout—so hassle-free! The newly renovated room was comfy and right on point. Plus, the outdoor pools and friendly staff truly made my stay unforgettable!

Loved the New York vibe, super clean and family-friendly. Our room was spacious, with two comfy queen beds, AC, and great water pressure in the shower. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was well-maintained. Loads of restaurant options that were tasty and fresh. Easy access to the Strip too.

The environment was lively and engaging. A vibrant casino, excellent dining options, and spacious rooms. The location is advantageous, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. the experience soured significantly due to poor customer service. A major disappointment was a hefty no-show fee despite prior notification of our late arrival. While the room offered decent amenities, modernization is necessary—no fridge, an outdated television, and inadequate cleanliness detracted from comfort. Soundproofing was inadequate; noise from neighbors disrupted privacy. Impressive facilities, but significant improvements are needed for a more enjoyable stay.

The room was a decent size with a King bed and a view, but the bed was too hard and the pillows were worn out. Temperature control was inadequate. Despite being set to 70-72, the room felt more like 76-77, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom sink clogged upon arrival, and there were cleanliness issues like toenail clippings on the floor and hair on the vanity. The air conditioning struggled to cool effectively. The room is in need of renovation, especially considering the cost compared to nearby hotels.
