i had a great stay at the nittany budget motel! the king room was more spacious than expected, and the furnishings were simple but convenient. it’s just under 10 minutes to downtown, making it easy to explore. they even surprised us with a breakfast snack, which was a nice touch.

only downside was that a car is needed to get to most attractions, but overall, do recommend.

The entrance looks cheap and cheesy!!! The breakfast is laughable at best, and the TV is in desperate need of a clarity upgrade!!! Investing in better bathroom fixtures could prevent injuries from sharp corners!!!

Loved having a fridge and microwave in the room for late-night snacks. The beer store down the street at 2 am was clutch for a midnight refreshment! A simple breakfast delivery was a nice touch, too. The funky check-in at the convenience store vibe added some character!

However, the tub drain was sluggish and didn't clear water quickly during showers, which can be pretty annoying. Additionally, I encountered a room that smelled like smoke, and a king bed with an uncomfortably thin mattress on the pull-out couch. The breakfast was limited to a tiny cup of coffee and a muffin, which left much to be desired.

Clean room, enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available. The breakfast service was confusing, with limited options for three people.

it was kind of a hassle when the key didn’t work at first (had to really shove it in). but the air conditioning was awesome, super cool in the heat. also liked the decent TV with HDMI ports, and the mini fridge was a plus too.

I loved the spacious and clean rooms and the staff were super friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. being just under 5 km from beautiful sunset park and less than a 10-minute drive from the arboretum at penn state made it easy to explore the area and take in some stunning views.

But, the breakfast options were a bit limited, especially for larger groups. we got two bagels for three people, which was kind of a letdown. The location was awesome, just minutes from downtown and campus too!
