My evening was promptly addressed with a quick battery change in the smoke alarm. the young staff member was attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the early morning receipt slipped under my door. The proximity to the university was convenient and made my stay enjoyable. Cons: I recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to restaurants in the mall area. The room was spacious with a separate living area and had a bar with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. The bathroom had a powerful shower with easy temperature control. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options.

There were not enough electrical outlets in the room for charging phones and other devices.

This hotel has a great location close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of options including eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, and baked goods. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable.

The AC was a bit noisy but was comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. we had a good stay at Holiday Inn Express.
