The room amenities were great, especially the coffee service for our early mornings. The location was perfect, being close to downtown. The concierge and reception staff were attentive and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The beds were large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed two major features of the hotel. the location was unbeatable. It was situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Ryman and Broadway. This convenience made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the festive atmosphere of the city. Secondly, the hotel's decor in the public spaces was really cool. The attention to detail and unique design elements created a visually appealing and inviting atmosphere.

There were some aspects of our experience that left much to be desired. One major drawback was the noise.

The staff, both at the restaurant and bar, were excellent. Tameca, in particular, stood out with her friendly and competent service during breakfast. The gift shop attendant was also friendly and helpful. The valet staff were friendly and competent as well. The rooms were terrific with well-appointed bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hotel had a wonderful continental breakfast with good food. The property had a unique historic aspect and intriguing amenities like rooftop and basement bars. The staff were accommodating and attentive, making for an enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Nashville for a few nights. The staff at Noelle was incredibly attentive, and the hotel itself was absolutely stunning. The rooms were well appointed, although the black walls in our room felt a bit coffin-like. The gym and bar were great, and the concierge was helpful. I loved the art decor throughout the hotel, and even the music being piped in was fantastic. The location was perfect, and everyone we encountered was incredibly nice and friendly. I also really love the name of the hotel.
