I recently stayed at a new hotel in Bangkok, just 20 meters from the sky train station. The location was incredibly convenient as it was right next to the BTS Phayathai and Airport Rail Link, only taking me around 1 minute to get there. The staff at Tranz were extremely friendly and nice, especially Ratchada and Marisa at the front desk who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost passport. The room itself was cozy, new, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast at the hotel was also top-notch, with a different menu offered each day.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport rail link, making it easy to access both the airport and the city. Additionally, it is right next to the Payathai station of the airport link and directly next to the skytrain.

Some guests have mentioned that not all staff members are friendly and welcoming, especially the room service cleaners.

Breakfast at Moon Terrace is a luxurious way to start the day. Loved the mix of American, Italian, and Thai food. The hotel perfectly blends Thai tradition with the modern world. Location is a shopper's dream, just minutes away from the best stores. Complimentary Wi-Fi was a bonus.

As guests with disabilities, we were impressed by the hotel's strategic location right in front of the Phaya Thai station. The easy accessibility to the Airport Rail Link and BTS Sukhumvit Line made it convenient for us to travel around Bangkok. Additionally, the free WiFi, breakfast, early check-in, and late check-out were thoughtful and accommodating amenities.

This place is located in a perfect spot. It's right near the BTS station, and almost on top of a busy intersection. The service is excellent with staff providing dry cleaning, housekeeping, tours/ticket assistance, and there are numerous amenities in the room such as air conditioning, mini-bar, refrigerator. I've never slept so well in a hotel! The leisure facilities like the spa center and TV room are great too.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi offered at the hotel. the location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close to a convenience store. the hotel has a fantastic rooftop pool that I enjoyed.

There was some noise disturbance during my stay due to the nearby railway. the room lacked sufficient lighting and could have been brighter.
