I recently stayed at a charming B&B that had a nostalgic "Classroom" theme. The room was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the decor throughout the B&B was delightful. The breakfast spread was absolutely fabulous, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. In the afternoon, we enjoyed lemonade and wine accompanied by fresh cookies, while relaxing on the deck. Despite the hot weather, the outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape. The owners, Gene and Ruth Perry, have done a fantastic job creating an elegant B&B out of the old school, and they even welcome children. I highly recommend this unique and enjoyable stay.

We spent Christmas at a recently renovated place and it was ok. Two good things were that we got free snacks and drinks on arrival and the location was convenient. the common areas were spacious and good for hanging out. we were near some great restaurants and tourist sites which was a bonus.

Our room was pretty disappointing. the wallpaper was peeling off and the bedding was old and worn.
