Stayed at Waterwalk Raleigh Rtp for a week while shuttling family to UNC Medical. Lovely suite layout with washer/dryer and full kitchen. Close to Walmart and other stores. Clean building, friendly and accommodating staff, like Barbara. Suite felt like a home away from home, with excellent customer service and well-stocked amenities.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

I always return for my romantic escape. I'm grateful for the help printing my boarding pass. the amenities like Wi-Fi, free parking, fitness center, and laundry are perfect. Plus, the kind staff, 24-hour reception, and peaceful picnic area keep me content.

What a great experience! the place was quiet, and the area was perfect. the aesthetic appeal was on point, making everything feel brand new and clean. Plus, having a full-sized washer and dryer in the apartment was a huge advantage. Opening the windows for fresh air was a lovely touch, and the staff was super friendly and professional.

On the downside, the shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the fixed showerhead was not the most convenient. Also, the noisy air conditioning unit occasionally disturbed our sleep at night.

Cleanliness issues were noticeable, with dirty pots and pans in the kitchen and a foul odor in one of the bathrooms leading to a room switch. Limited communication from staff regarding towel replacement and trash removal made the stay less convenient, especially for short visits.
