This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the Springfield Missouri area. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and attention to detail, making me feel special throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and updated with all the basic amenities, including a balcony. Plus, having breakfast included in the tariff was a great bonus.

I had a fantastic stay here! The room had a stylish design and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. The onsite dinner and drinks at Fire & Ice exceeded my expectations and it was so convenient. I also appreciated the plentiful parking, especially since I was pulling a trailer. The hotel's location in a quiet area in town made it peaceful and close to everything.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing. Its location in a garden with all the plants gave us a feeling of being in the middle of nature. The room we stayed in was modern yet comfortable, with a clean and cozy bathroom. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the facilities provided, including a gym, pool, and shop. The hotel has a few advantages such as Reggae music playing at the time of check-in and an attractive atrium with fountains.

Some of the previous guests experienced some issues with noisy teenagers which negatively impacted their stay.

The outside pool was great for those with physical handicaps. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and we loved having access to a balcony or patio from our room. The extra space between the bed and the A/C was a nice touch, and the bathrooms were really nice.

Despite a few minor setbacks, my recent stay at the Oasis Hotel & Conv. Center, Ascend Hotel Collection was a pleasant one. The location was convenient and the price was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the unique menu at the Fire and Ice restaurant, where the pan sheared scallops and shrimp cocktail were simply divine. The indoor garden/pool area, though temporarily closed, was beautifully designed. The staff at the hotel, especially the quest services desk, were exceptionally helpful and attentive to their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had rooms that opened up to the indoor pool room, which was a really nice feature. the rooms were also pretty good and spacious. Additionally, the hot breakfast provided in the morning was a nice touch.

The heating element for the pool went out, which was a disappointment as it was a deciding factor for my family. the staff, however, did fix it the day we left.
