Great location, quaint hotel, character, close to everything.

Everything is what I need and want.

We loved the hotel's location in a residential area, which made it easy for us to walk to downtown and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff, especially Anika, were incredibly friendly and customer service oriented. Parking was convenient, with a public parking garage right around the corner.

It was all superb.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms are very cozy, with real furniture that add a nice touch and a large window with a view of a cherry tree. Basic amenities are available, including a delicious complimentary breakfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Also, the location is superb - very close to nightlife spots and a conference center two blocks away. All of this at reasonable prices makes it an excellent value for money.

The hotel had a charming and quaint atmosphere, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the location was also great, as it was in downtown and surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast served in the sunroom, and the front porch with comfortable chairs was a nice touch.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the front desk staff wasn't very friendly or helpful, which was a little disappointing.

Spacious and well-decorated room with all modern amenities like hairdryer, iron/board, TV, etc. Located near the Golden One Center, with quiet surroundings and a lovely garden setting. Informational history write-up provided in the room, friendly and helpful staff, particularly Curtis. Cleanliness and wifi service were exceptional. an excellent stay with great value for money.

Located downtown, we had everything within walking distance. Many restaurants to choose from and the golden 1 center is not far away. The rooms were clean and with a modern touch. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, providing information about great places to eat. Breakfast was enough to get you through a few meetings before lunch. The hotel had a unique home-like character that I highly recommend.

The slow elevator was at times frustrating, but it works.

The Sterling Hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful lobby and grounds. The staff were incredibly friendly and the location was perfect for our romantic getaway. The room itself was attractive and comfortable, with a nice size and great amenities. The high ceilings and windows provided a lovely atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable with crisp linens. We especially enjoyed the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was walkable and had plenty of attractions nearby.

We felt very happy with our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The large bathroom with a tub and shower was a nice touch. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to downtown while still maintaining a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which had a nice selection of muffins, bagels, fruit, and cereal. our stay was pleasant and we would happily recommend this hotel.

Nothing to fault.

The antique mansion was beautiful and charming. the rooms were spacious and had deluxe spa tubs, which were perfect for a relaxing evening after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel is located in a prime location, within walking distance of the convention center, state capitol, and various shops and cafes.

The hotel did not offer onsite parking, which was a bit of a hassle. This made it difficult to find affordable parking options in the area.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure that our needs were met. The location is fantastic, as it is within walking distance of the Capitol and downtown, perfect for exploring the city and attending events at the Golden 1 Center.

All in all, this hotel was satisfactory and met our expectations.

my Christmas stay at the hotel was pleasant. The continental breakfast was satisfactory, offering a range of options to start the day. The hotel's location was convenient, situated within walking distance of key attractions. Additionally, the size of the rooms was a definite advantage, providing ample space to relax and unwind during the holiday season.

There were some aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. One major drawback was the lack of functional Wi-Fi.
