Great fit for a little getaway in Cocoa Beach with good price-value balance. Loved the location near the beach.

staying at ocean landings was a dream. the location is perfect, just by the ocean and near attractions. i asked for an early check-in, and they accommodated me. the spacious room had 2 showers, 4 sinks, a kitchen, a comfy living area, and a big separate bedroom. the staff was so friendly, and the beach views at sunrise were breathtaking!

Had an amazing time! LOVED being right on the beach. Breakfast included was a bonus. Service was impeccable. Would definitely stay here again! the views were even better than in the photos.

The Ocean Landings Resort was a great choice for my stay in Cocoa Beach. The room with a kitchen, separate bedroom, balcony, and king bed provided a comfortable and convenient accommodation. The daily housekeeping service and the commercial shops/services made my stay even more enjoyable.

The $100 deposit charge was unexpected and a bit inconvenient. It would be better if the room was checked prior to checkout to avoid this hassle.

The newly remodeled and fully equipped Activities Center was a hit, offering everything from rental equipment to a state-of-the-art workout center. Our children absolutely loved the outdoor activities, like the splash pad and boardwalk, catering to all ages. The beach ball games we created brought endless fun, and the live music at Cocoa Beach was a delightful experience for everyone. It's the perfect place to keep learning going while having a blast!

My wife says that more shaded areas near the pools would have been great for families with children.

The two clean and nice-sized pools, hot tub, playground, tennis courts, and bike rentals provide plenty of entertainment options for guests. The friendly staff and attention to detail make for a pleasant stay.
