Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a wonderful time staying at Ocean Terrace Condominiums! The fully furnished #33 unit was perfect for our family of three. The kitchen had all the gadgets we needed, and the cute decor made it feel like home. We enjoyed playing board games and puzzles provided in the room. The private entrance to the beach was a definite highlight, and the views were breathtaking. I highly recommend this place for a great stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The unit I stayed in was incredibly organized, clean, and had a nice open feel to it. Despite having three generations in one condo, we never felt cramped. The main space was still comfortable and cozy, even with the bed pulled out. One of the great features of this hotel is the fenced area right off the condos, which is perfect if you're traveling with young kids. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to everything and on a moderate cliff above the beach. The staff at the front desk were also very nice and accommodating.

Everything was fantastic.

The fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the breathtaking views were unforgettable. The property was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation. We stayed in rooms 18 and 19, and while 18 felt a bit outdated with a springy bed, room 19 was perfect. It had all the modern comforts we needed for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at a beachside hotel in Lincoln City for a quick getaway. My stay at Ocean Terrace Condominiums was delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The room was exceptionally clean and had a charming shabby chic vibe. The spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen made me feel right at home. The highlight was the beautiful ocean view from the clean and bright windows, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the contactless check-in process was seamless. it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay at Ocean Terrace Condominiums again.

We had an amazing family-friendly stay at this beachfront property. The views of the ocean were absolutely perfect and the location at the end of Lincoln City was ideal. The beach access from the property was a bonus, even though the stairs were a bit steep. The plentiful parking, fenced property, and gate at the top of the stairs provided peace of mind, especially when traveling with kids. The contactless check-in and check-out process was convenient, and the presence of windshield wipe stations was a thoughtful touch. We would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. it was an excellent experience.

The view was absolutely stunning, with a clear sight of the ocean and a balcony to enjoy it from. We also loved the location, as it was close to great restaurants and had easy access to the beach for walks. Another advantage was that the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and cozy stay.

We had some issues with the TVs in our room, as the living room cable was disconnected and the bedroom TV didn't work. Despite informing the main office, no one showed up to fix it and we didn't receive any communication regarding the issue.

As frequent visitors to Lincoln City, we have stayed at numerous hotels and beach houses, but Ocean Terrace Condominiums is by far the best. From the comfortable rooms to the friendly and accommodating staff, our stay was exceptional. The condo we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a great view. It felt organized, clean, and airy, making it perfect for our multi-generational family. The fenced area provided a safe space for young children to play. We loved the fully furnished condo, complete with a variety of kitchen gadgets, board games, and even a DVD player with movies. The private entrance to the beach was a wonderful bonus. We can't wait to come back, hopefully to the same condo!

The view was amazing, the rooms were clean and well stocked. The pool was warm! The staff was nice. Plenty of sleeping room and space to play with the kids. The full kitchenette was stocked with everything needed to cook. Extra supplies in the bedroom for a day out at the beach. No bugs or critters and the bedding seemed clean. Room #10 had an ocean view, a patio door, and an outdoor picnic table. The living room had an open kitchen and there was a separate bedroom with its own stat and a great bed. Easy operation TV's in the bedroom and living room. Comfy setting with a recliner, couch, table, and bar stools. Great location to everything. Loved the stay and would love to stay at this property again longer!

The oceanfront view was amazing, and the location was fantastic with nearby expensive hotels. The units were clean, spacious, and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we appreciated the labeled items. The apartment style layout with a separate bedroom and full kitchen was a plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even replacing our broken coffee pot. The central location made it convenient for various activities.

The only "con" was that the stair access to the beach was closed for repairs, but it was not a big issue for us.

For the price, we got a great deal at a clean and well-maintained hotel with a lovely beach-themed room. The location was ideal, offering picturesque ocean views and convenient access to the beach via stairs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of options to choose from.

Had a great time during our city trip. the hotel provided free parking and Wi-Fi which were both great perks. being located close to public transportation and restaurants made getting around easier. Plus, the hotel had a nice view from the window.

The room could have been cleaner and there was no breakfast included with the reservation.
