The staff was attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, the location was great, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great.

Could not be improved in any way.

We enjoyed delicious and affordable food in Chinatown nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient to prepare meals. Although there were a few small drawbacks like the lack of accurate bed arrangements and difficulty igniting the gas stoves, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Off Soho Suites for a week-long vacation. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and like family. They even remembered my name and helped me switch to a queen bed when I had forgotten due to a personal loss. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the customer service was top-notch. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.
