We stayed at this hotel for a conference and were pleasantly surprised by the positive experience. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the convention center and the main arteries of the city. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff provided excellent service, including room service and laundry facilities. The breakfast, served in the currently unutilized bar area, was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The staff that worked the night shift were friendly and helpful. we had a great stay at this place and would recommend it to our family.

The only downside to this hotel is that it is an older facility that is due for renovation soon. However, this did not negatively impact our stay in any way.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the vintage charm of Le Meridien Downtown. It felt like stepping back in time, with its old-world ambiance and decor. The staff was super friendly and helpful, offering a warm welcome and excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, complete with a comfortable bed, a cozy couch, and a convenient mini-fridge. I couldn't have asked for more! The windows were equipped with room darkening blinds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And waking up to a delicious, complimentary breakfast made my mornings even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in downtown with beautiful woodwork, a grand staircase, and spacious rooms. The staff was exceptional, and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the downtown area, and I loved the hotel's classic atmosphere. The breakfast was awesome, and they even had big towels and cold refreshments in the lobby. If you appreciate antique charm and good hospitality, I highly recommend giving this hotel a try. I would stay again!

Located within walking distance of downtown attractions and stadiums. Clean and fancy place. Enjoyed a good breakfast.

Parking was an issue, had to park across the street. the hotel was in disrepair, with a falling apart lobby and questionable elevators.

Comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, helpful staff, convenient location for Peabody Opera House and Ballpark Village, beautiful woodwork and grand staircase.

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the location, just a few blocks from the arch, with easy access to all the sites we wanted to see. The Hyatt's bar, located on the corner of the block where the arch is, offered delicious barbecue that we thoroughly enjoyed. The room was spacious, and the bed provided the utmost comfort.

The hotel upgraded me to a bigger room with a stunning view of the city. The bed was comfortable and the room was sparkling clean. The hotel is conveniently located and the breakfast had a good selection. I had a great stay.

During our stay, we found the location of the bar area to be a great spot for socializing with friends. It was a shame renovations were taking place as it has the potential to be fantastic. The hotel's proximity to the convention center and main arteries was advantageous. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed in the bathroom. We enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning and appreciate the availability of vending machines on site.

It's worth noting that some staff members showed little interest in customer requests in the hotel bar area.

Staying here was fabulous- the hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything with the convention centre & Scott trade centre just steps away. Plus there's a currently unutilized bar area which would be amazing once open! The room was fully equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area, sink. The hotel staff, who worked night shift, was attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the city. Room service, laundry and dry cleaning was simply top notch.
