My recent stay at the Omni in Boston was fantastic. I was in town for a conference and stayed at the hotel for three nights. The location was perfect, with easy access to the conference center and seaports. The facilities provided downstairs were impressive, with a great layout and art exhibits. The front desk staff were welcoming and informative, and the valet service was accommodating. The restaurant staff were extremely attentive, and any issues I had were quickly resolved by the facilities team. The parking pass allowed for convenient in-and-out access to the garage. a truly amazing experience.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, making our romantic escape even more special. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. We also appreciated the variety of food and beverage options available, with excellent service from the staff.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The rooms were on the smaller side, which made it feel a bit cramped.

Our stay at this high tower hotel was a superb experience. The location is stunning, with the breathtaking view of the harbor from the room, and the Boston Tea Party Museum a short walk away, making it a perfect destination for a family vacation. The hotel is located by the ocean and has easy access to a variety of restaurants. The bathroom was well designed and spacious, making it easy to get ready in the morning before heading out. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep.

All was perfect.

We stayed at this place for our anniversary trip and we were impressed by the luxurious and comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. We were even upgraded and received free chocolates as a welcome gesture. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the harbor from the high tower. The location was also excellent, being close to the Boston Tea Party museum and a variety of restaurants in the area.

The pillows, which were not very comfortable. However, this place has so many other great amenities and services to offer that we would still highly recommend it to everyone.

The Patron Tower rooms are lovely with nice views. Some rooms lack privacy and a closet. No in-room coffee. Lobby has a bar and ample seating. Good wifi, clean rooms. Helpful staff. Small pool. I stayed at the Omni in Seaport for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, always granting my requests within minutes. The top floor view was breathtaking and the hotel had a welcoming and clean atmosphere. The bars and dining areas were convenient and enjoyable. The location was great, allowing us to easily walk to nearby destinations. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with comfortable amenities and a cozy feel. a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Omni Boston Hotel At The Seaport. The hotel was beautiful and impeccably clean. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, close to the subway station and seaport. Our room was comfortable and super clean, and we appreciated the free bottled water. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurants, especially Kestra. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Everything was fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect with a great cafe downstairs and a convention centre nearby. Additionally, the high tower overlooked the harbour and the 'kitchen' area was really cool. Secondly, the service was outstanding. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping staff did a great job. Lastly, the pet amenities were a lovely touch and the room amenities were perfect.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends!

The room was so cozy and had everything I needed – a big flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and a super comfortable bed. I felt right at home and slept like a baby.

Modern decor, soundproof rooms, helpful staff. Nice Keurig coffee station and safe storage. Beautiful city views and two drawers for luggage. Enjoyable rooftop pool and sports bar.

The free coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch, especially in the morning. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to all the main attractions. Plus, the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient.

The price for the room was not worth it. The lack of cleanliness was noticeable, and the service was subpar.

One specific incident during my stay was when I had breakfast at the restaurant. Although there was a bit of a wait , the staff was very apologetic and offered complimentary fruit cups to make up for the delay.
