My stay here was delightful! I enjoyed the beautiful corner room with a harbor view and a wonderfully clean bathroom. The property was immaculate, and the friendly staff made check-in a breeze, even on a busy New Year's Eve. The well-placed coffee machines were a nice touch, too.

the supposed rooftop pool is actually on the 5th floor, what a misleading joke. I was expecting poolside service, but ended up with no towels. also, why was there no shower cap, it's the small things you know? i thought i’d get a special treat for my troubles, but alas, just couldn’t.

My experience at Omni Boston Hotel was marred by some frustrating aspects. We encountered an alarming noise level in the hallways and pool area that made it difficult to relax, especially at night. This lack of consideration from other guests made our stay feel less luxurious than we had hoped. Additionally, the shower in our room had a leaking problem, which was addressed, but we still felt discomfort due to the inconvenience.

Not a great choice for business travelers

I stayed in a room that was so small, it was almost comical. Seriously, I could lay in bed and reach the faucet in the bathroom without moving. The fitness center was solid though, and the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly but my experience was marred by an awful pool situation. The rooftop pool was the main draw for me, but I had to wait for hours just to get in. I felt like I wasted too much of my time. Also, gotta say, when I ordered room service for a grilled cheese, it ended up being over 30 bucks. Not exactly a deal.

It wasn’t cheap by any means, but I can deal with that if the experience was better.

As a fan of country music, I found the vibe to be quite inviting.

the hotel was super nice and the views were straight fire. we loved the rooftop pool, it was a nice spot to chill after a long day. the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, really enjoyed the vibe. the corner room we had had an amazin view of the harbor—totally worth it. also, room service was on point, especially for special occasions.
