My recent stay at the Omni in Boston was fantastic. I was in town for a conference and stayed at the hotel for three nights. The location was perfect, with easy access to the conference center and seaports. The facilities provided downstairs were impressive, with a great layout and art exhibits. The front desk staff were welcoming and informative, and the valet service was accommodating. The restaurant staff were extremely attentive, and any issues I had were quickly resolved by the facilities team. The parking pass allowed for convenient in-and-out access to the garage. a truly amazing experience.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, making our romantic escape even more special. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. We also appreciated the variety of food and beverage options available, with excellent service from the staff.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The rooms were on the smaller side, which made it feel a bit cramped.

Our stay at this high tower hotel was a superb experience. The location is stunning, with the breathtaking view of the harbor from the room, and the Boston Tea Party Museum a short walk away, making it a perfect destination for a family vacation. The hotel is located by the ocean and has easy access to a variety of restaurants. The bathroom was well designed and spacious, making it easy to get ready in the morning before heading out. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep.

The Patron Tower rooms are lovely with nice views. Some rooms lack privacy and a closet. No in-room coffee. Lobby has a bar and ample seating. Good wifi, clean rooms. Helpful staff. Small pool. Multiple amenities on-site. Convenient location for convention and downtown. Good dining options nearby. Fair pricing. Close to subway and Boston Tea Party museum. Great views of the harbor. Explore trendy Seaport area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Omni Boston Hotel At The Seaport. The hotel was beautiful and impeccably clean. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, close to the subway station and seaport. Our room was comfortable and super clean, and we appreciated the free bottled water. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurants, especially Kestra. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel. we had a fantastic stay at the Omni Boston Hotel At The Seaport and would highly recommend it.

Everything was fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location was perfect with a great cafe downstairs and a convention centre nearby. Additionally, the high tower overlooked the harbour and the 'kitchen' area was really cool. Secondly, the service was outstanding. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping staff did a great job. Lastly, the pet amenities were a lovely touch and the room amenities were perfect.

Modern decor, soundproof rooms, helpful staff. Nice Keurig coffee station and safe storage. Beautiful city views and two drawers for luggage. Enjoyable rooftop pool and sports bar.

The free coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch, especially in the morning. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to all the main attractions. Plus, the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient.

The price for the room was not worth it. The lack of cleanliness was noticeable, and the service was subpar.
