My stay at Virgin Hotels Chicago started with an impressive check-in experience. The staff was truly friendly and the views from the rooftop bar were incredible. Miss Ricky’s breakfast was delightful, and the cozy bed gave me a great night's sleep. Plus, the Riverwalk is just a short walk away!

However, there were a few issues. The elevator security felt lacking during the busy weekend nights, and I encountered some noise from nearby activities. Additionally, despite expecting more amenities, I found the towels and linens a bit underwhelming for the price. Just a heads up on that.

The location is fantastic! The room was cozy, the modern shower was a highlight, and the rooftop bar's views were amazing.

The cozy atmosphere with a fabulous rooftop bar and delicious breakfast at Miss Ricky's made the stay enjoyable! My suite was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for relaxation and exploration!

Be cautious about noise levels. music from the rooftop bar can be disruptive. The front desk service was a bit slow, causing frustration during check-in and check-out times.

Absolutely loved the aesthetic vibe! My room was spotless, and the rooftop views were simply exceptional. Also, the mini fridge was a delightful touch for my wine stash.

But blimey, those earplugs are a must – the trains sure know how to keep the party going! And let's just say the toiletries made me question my life's choices.

i loved my stay at virgin hotels! the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. darrell at check-in was amazing and upgraded us to a corner suite on the 17th floor with a fantastic view. the small gym on the 25th floor was a nice touch, too!

The hotel was a stylish spot, perfect for our family adventure exploring downtown Chicago. We loved the spacious rooms and the unique mini bar options. Having three teens, we appreciated the comfortable beds and the vibrant energy around the Loop.

My kids wished the rooftop bar was more family-friendly.

The stay was mostly enjoyable, particularly due to the unique layout of the rooms, which separated living and sleeping areas with sliding doors. I appreciated being in the epicenter of the city's activities. During my time there, I was able to check out a local favorite spot, which was a pleasant surprise. I also experienced some noise from the train nearby, but it didn’t deter me from wanting to return.
