The lack of clear signage at the hotel and the absence of information about connecting to the internet were minor inconveniences.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location and featured amenities such as the complimentary wired Internet access, business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. These amenities were beneficial in supporting my work during the council.

My wife says that having a designated pet play area on the premises would be great for families with pets.

My friends and I had a blast staying at Ontario Airport Inn for our vacation in Ontario! We hit up the Auto Club Speedway and went wild at the amazing event there! The staff was so chill and helped us out whenever we needed it. Plus, the rooms were spacious and had all the cool stuff we needed. It was lit!

The only thing that would have taken our party to the next level would be a sick game room or a cool hangout spot for us and our crew. That way, we could have kept the vibe going even when we were back at the hotel.

Liked that there were two chairs in the room and the shuttle driver was helpful. Checkout at noon was a nice touch.

The staff at Ontario Airport Inn were excellent - very friendly and helpful. They also had the convenient feature of being able to print boarding passes, which was a super plus for me. The gated parking in the back made me feel super safe, and the overall upkeep of the facilities, especially the area around the pool, was very nice. The hotel was beautifully landscaped, creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment. The addition of a microwave and mini fridge in the room was convenient. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of two bottles of chilled water in the fridge upon arrival.

The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and we particularly appreciated the small fridge and microwave in the room. Parking was convenient, and the hotel provided a free shuttle service in the morning, which was a great transportation option. The location right next to the freeway made it easy for us to explore the LA area.
