From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional level of service provided by every single staff member. They were not only quick and efficient, but also incredibly polite and professional, always greeting us with a smile. The beds were super comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep, and the evening drink vouchers and made-to-order omelette breakfast were a delightful bonus. The friendly front desk and bistro staff added to the positive experience. The hotel atmosphere exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed the on-site pool and games. It's a perfect place for families with kids, thanks to the board game playing area in the restaurant. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, friendly, and enjoyable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value we got for our money at Oxford Suites. The room was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism.

The staff was outstanding, and the hotel atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The pool and on-site games provided great entertainment for our family. Complimentary happy hour drinks, soup, salad, and a delicious hot breakfast were all included, which was fantastic as a family with 2 small kids.

During our romantic escape, we loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants, which made it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy some romantic meals together. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated Megan, Dru, and Jodie at the front desk, who provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed.

One downside was that the noise from the highway could be heard in our room, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. Additionally, the breakfast staff seemed a bit grumpy, which took away from the overall experience.

The hotel's location near the highway made it incredibly convenient to get into downtown and explore the area. Plus, parking was a breeze. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to my stay. I loved that you could schedule a timeslot to enjoy it and the staff made sure it was clean for the next guest. The staff at this hotel were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I required. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the location was perfect for us as it was right off the freeway exit, making it easy to get to and close to everything we needed. Additionally, the attention to detail in the hotel's decor was impressive, right down to the artwork on the walls. We also appreciated the fact that the rooms were spacious and clean, with the added convenience of kitchenettes that included a refrigerator and microwave. Finally, the breakfast offered a variety of hot foods, including egg dishes made to order by a live chef, which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel's location was convenient, just a few minutes from downtown Pendleton and a variety of great restaurants. The air conditioner worked well and the carpeting was clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

One minor issue was the need to pay a $10 upgrade charge to be placed on the parking lot side of the building for less noise. Additionally, the bed had only one thin blanket that did not provide sufficient warmth on a cold night.

The location is perfect for people looking to explore the surrounding area and there's a nice restaurant and bar to grab a bite or drink. What really stood out, however, was the staff--they were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home.

The hotel was nice and had friendly staff. the breakfast was better than most road hotels, with a good selection of food. the location was convenient and easily accessible.

The hotel charged an extra fee of $25 per dog, which seemed unreasonable considering my dogs are hypoallergenic and don't shed. the dog policy made me consider choosing another hotel if there was a better option available.
