Having lost my ID card on my first stay, the staff went above and beyond to assist. the hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I'm looking forward to coming back for Christmas.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who kindly gave us a quiet room upstairs away from the noise of the cars and vending machines. The room itself was spacious and clean, with every item in good working order. The breakfast room was extremely clean, and the staff even took our plates away when we were finished. The location of this hotel is convenient, especially for travelers heading from this rapidly growing area to San Antonio.

Great value and friendly staff. Surprisingly nice and clean pet-friendly room with no smells or hair. the $15 pet fee was reasonable. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the real eggs and waffles. the large patio behind the pool with a fountain was a nice touch.

One guest had a terrible experience with a hot room, bugs, and poor customer service. Charging their Tesla was a hassle as well.

Everything was spot on.

We were pleasantly surprised by the updated and comfortable room. the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room were definite highlights. the fact that every item in the room worked and was in good order was a big bonus. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the interstate made it convenient for our long drive.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. the exhaust fan in the bathroom was functional but noisy, which was a bit bothersome.
