Request a ground floor room for easier access, especially if carrying heavy luggage. The staff are very accommodating and willing to help with any special requests.

Staying here was a delight because I could easily walk just a few steps to the Crockett County Museum and explore the great exhibits, and I loved strolling along the Crockett County Interpretive Trail, which offered some beautiful views of the area. the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, which always makes things better when you're out exploring the city.

Stayed for one night while passing through Ozona. The room was clean but lacked good temperature control and showed signs of previous smoking. The breakfast area felt uncomfortably warm, which affected our experience. Additionally, limited dining options nearby make it less ideal for extended stays.
