The beautiful remodeled look and stunning grounds were a highlight of my stay. the breakfast and pool area were also very pleasant. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent housekeeping staff were impressive.

I felt unsafe during my stay, especially at night. It would have been reassuring to have a visible security presence.

The Palm Garden Hotel provided an ideal location for exploring Thousand Oaks, with convenient access to Thousand Oaks Community Park and Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. The beautifully designed reception rooms and air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms and a desk ensured a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The layout of the room and the bathroom door with frosted glass, did not lend itself to any bathroom privacy. The bathroom design made the room feel very small, which was a bit disappointing.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel was comfortable with a nice breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.

I recently stayed at the Palm Garden Hotel for a weekend trip to explore the beautiful coastal areas of Malibu, Ventura, and Santa Barbara. The hotel's location just off Highway 101 made it incredibly convenient for our day trips. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the lovely swimming pool area. Additionally, there were useful amenities nearby such as a supermarket, gas station, and a fantastic Indian restaurant.

The location was also fantastic, situated in a convenient strip mall area near everything I needed, including a large grocery store next door.
