Though there was no coffee maker in the room and the parking situation was a bit tricky, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience. I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the pristine rooms to the immaculate bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the well-equipped and spacious gym. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and being near Symphony Hall, the art district, and Union Square without any challenging hill climbs. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Location was perfect and walking distance to great attractions. They provided a complimentary shuttle to the airport which was very convenient.

Our Thanksgiving stay was ruined by credit card issues. We were charged twice for our room and had to spend hours on the phone with the bank and hotel to sort out the problem. The lack of response from management was disappointing, we had to wait over 48 hours for the charges to be refunded. The whole experience left us with a very negative impression, unfortunately overshadowing the positives.
