I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Reidsville for an unexpected trip to attend a funeral in the area. The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially considering we had four kids with us. They were understanding of the kids' stress and even offered to help us with our bags. The rooms were designed efficiently with plenty of towel hooks, a built-in luggage stand, and multiple plug-in outlets. The modern bathroom fixtures and bright lights along the mirror were a nice touch. Liz at the front desk made us feel safe and welcomed. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be staying here.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. the hotel is situated in a secluded area, which provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. the breakfast bar was of high quality, offering a variety of delicious options such as fresh fruit and steaming hot bacon. the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the rainmaker showerhead was a nice touch.

The price per night was expensive compared to other hotels in nearby Greensboro, which offered better rates and were closer to attractions and restaurants. the kitchen staff could be more helpful and friendly, as their attitude towards guests, like when refusing a simple request, could have been handled in a more courteous manner.

During my stay in Reidsville, I found a gem of a hotel. Located in an area with many mediocre motels, this hotel stood out for its cleanliness and nice accommodations. The room was spotless, and the comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. The friendly staff was always ready to help and made me feel welcomed. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of options, including delicious cinnamon rolls. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the only store in the area open after 11 pm.

I noticed a slight smell of smoke in the hallways, which was a minor inconvenience.

The AC actually worked and the breakfast was nice.

The hotel was dirty, from the filthy carpets to the smelly rooms. the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, and it took them forever to check me in.
