Impressive customer service and fast WiFi made my stay enjoyable.

The lack of an onsite bar or restaurant was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

Our stay was fantastic! It was just a minute's walk to the subway, making it so easy to catch a quick ride into the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the quirky decor that gave it a unique vibe.

Absolutely appalled by the service. it's like they can't even get a simple towel request right. how hard is it to deliver towels instead of pillows? and don't get me started on the tiny rooms! I expected a complimentary room upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that’s too much to ask. just couldn’t even think about leaving a good review.

Noise disturbances from industrial activity were hard to ignore. Also, the limited dining options left much to be desired, especially with the on-site restaurant closed.

Consider bringing your own snacks and drinks, as the onsite offerings are limited and the nearest good dining options require a walk.

Noise disturbances from the surrounding area could use some adjustments!!! Maintenance issues need urgent attention, from broken AC units to consistent housekeeping inconsistencies!!! Better room layouts would enhance comfort and convenience!!!

Trendy hotel, convenient location, with spacious rooms and free wi-fi that made our stay enjoyable as we explored the nearby subway and ventured into the city's vibrant atmosphere.

collective paper factory is a super cool spot, really close to the subway stop. our room was comfy with soft linens and eclectic decorations. we loved the 24-hour fitness center, too, which was great for working out whenever we wanted.

Super spacious rooms in a great spot!

The room was huge and really stylish. The shower setup was super convenient. Loved being just steps from the subway, made it easy to hit up Manhattan. The bar/lounge area was cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just wish there was room service. ordering food was a bit of a hassle.

Free wi-fi was fast, and the bar/lounge area was lively. Wish the gym was bigger.

The industrial design throughout the hotel is remarkable and aligns perfectly with the local vibe. The proximity to the subway allows for easy access to downtown, and the nearby coffee shop serves incredible grilled dishes. their chicken soup was a lifesaver when my sister fell ill. However, some rooms lack essential furniture, like drawers, which can be inconvenient, and there were issues with staff professionalism that dampened the experience. Nonetheless, the cleanliness of the accommodations was a plus.

the breakfast buffet is impressively extensive for just $20. the lack of soundproofing in the room was frustrating.

the shower was separate from the toilet which worked well for our family. we missed having a minibar in the room.

the breakfast selection was just ok, but the room was super spacious with big windows and awesome a/c! ! loved the modern layout. also, great spot for coffee just around the corner!
