I recently stayed at the unique Collective Paper Factory for a few nights. The rustic concept of the hotel, housed in an old paper factory, was very nicely done. The building itself was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was welcoming and the location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. it was a great choice for my trip and I would definitely book another stay there soon.

The cleanliness was spotless, from the large room to the separate toilet and walk-in shower. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, as it was right next to a subway stop and within walking distance to food and shopping in LIC and Astoria.

We have stayed at this hotel three times now, mainly because of its great location. It is so close to downtown Manhattan, just a short train ride away, and only 20 minutes from the airport. The staff here are always helpful, kind, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the fantastic restaurant on-site, serving top-quality food at reasonable prices. The subway station is right across the street, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. we would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Nothing everything was great.

The vintage decor of the hotel was charming and unique, with art deco details that added character to the place. the staff, especially Manager Marajana and Paula at the front desk, were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome. the restaurant had delicious food, with fresh veggies and fruits, and the staff was attentive.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. getting towels was a challenge, as housekeeping would remove them and not replace them until we notified the front desk.
