I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was lovely with a stunning view of the mountain. The staff treated us like royalty and made our trip extra special.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right on the slope was perfect for skiing, and the ski valet service was wonderful. The staff was willing to help with literally everything, going above and beyond to make us feel special. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located on the mountain with the lift right out the back door, making it incredibly convenient. The staff even provided extra room cleanup and turned down our covers, making us feel pampered.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We got great value for our money at Park Hyatt. The room had a stunning view of the mountain and the bedding and towels were upscale. The location was perfect, with the gondolas and chair lifts right outside, and the staff treated us like royalty, from the valet to the front desk check-in.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more attentive servers and a better stock of spoons.

The massage therapist, Mike Green, was exceptional and provided one of the best massages I've ever had. The spa created a peaceful and serene atmosphere, and I left feeling like a new person. From the friendly front desk staff to the helpful valet and shuttle drivers, these employees multi-task and make sure all your needs are met. The location of the resort is also ideal, right in the middle and opposite the lifts, perfect for friends who enjoy going out at night. There are also fantastic facilities such as ski service, a spa, the 8100 restaurant, and cozy spots by the fireplace where you can relax and enjoy a drink. Additionally, the resort offers live music and a firepit with s'mores, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

The charges for parking were quite high, which was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. the food and drink service at the pool was understaffed and slow, leading to long waits.
