We got a great deal for our money and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to fix a toilet issue promptly. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of downtown, with several nice restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the lovely view of a creek. a wonderful experience.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was very close to almost everything in Gatlinburg and within walking distance to downtown. The hotel is situated next to a beautiful river, with plenty of trees surrounding it. We enjoyed watching the ducks playing in the water from our balcony. The cleanliness of the condo was impressive, and the beds and sofa were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the helpful instructions provided at check-in.

We loved the layout of the units and the awesome balcony overlooking the river. The location next to the park and mountains was perfect. It was so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the river outside. The staff was very helpful and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed.

Comfortable and clean beds, spacious living area, and three bathrooms provided convenience for our large group. The location near the Smoky Mountains was perfect for exploring. A pleasant surprise was the balcony overlooking the peaceful river, where we spotted ducks playing. a great value for money and a cozy place to stay.

Our family of 6 recently stayed at Park Place Condos for a few days. The condo was clean, spacious, and quiet, providing ample room for our family. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to our favorite restaurants. The view of the river was absolutely amazing, and despite being close to the main strip, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff at the condo were incredibly polite and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The Jacuzzi tub was a highlight, and the rooms had a great size. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great value for our money.

My family and I stayed at Park Place Condos for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious with comfortable sofas and a working TV. We loved the balcony in the master bedroom where we could hear the rushing water below. The condo was super clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including an oven, cooktop, and even a tea kettle. The location on the edge of town was perfect, allowing us to walk to nearby attractions without dealing with the busy crowds.

The location of Park Place Condos was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Despite the busy road, it was easy to access the national park. Even with the spring rod run traffic, we managed to avoid the congestion and get to the park hassle-free. The creek view outside our room was a nice touch, and the proximity to the strip was convenient. The condo itself had a great size and we loved the balcony seating. The dining room table was also a highlight, and we appreciated the extra large tub in the master bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a bonus. we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

While we had a generally positive experience, there were a few minor drawbacks. The bathroom could have been cleaner, with hair on the walls and a lack of housekeeping attention.

The spacious room comfortably accommodated our family of four, with separate beds for the kids. We enjoyed the peaceful view of the river and the convenience of being able to walk to most places without having to worry about parking. One of the highlights was the private balcony with a perfect view of the nearby river. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a few downsides. the condo appeared somewhat dated, and the second bedroom was cramped with two double beds, leaving no space for bedside tables or storage.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo al Sant'Anna! La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi pubblici. La nostra stanza era pulita e accogliente, dotata di tapparelle elettriche e un kit da tè. Il personale era gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarci. Inoltre, la struttura era ben curata e pulita, con un distributore automatico di bevande e snack a disposizione. Consigliato!

L'unico aspetto negativo è che la stanza era un po' piccola e gli spazi ridotti, soprattutto in bagno.
