Our experience was marred by room availability issues. We reserved a Deluxe King Room, but upon arrival, we were given a Deluxe Queen room with twin beds. This change severely impacted our plans, as we intended to celebrate our anniversary in the room we chose. Despite addressing the situation with staff, they insisted there were no other options, leaving us disappointed without any compensation.

The air con in our room was noisy as, felt like we were sleeping next to a freight train! But breakfast had a sweet as made-to-order waffle station. Chur!
