Great value for the money, the room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The hotel's location was perfect for all the activities we had planned. The staff members at Parkshore Resort were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our car troubles and even took us to the store.

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement.

I keep returning for business. Staff once helped with bug spray. Perfect amenities: Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour reception, restaurant, pool, jacuzzi. Suits me perfectly.

Our stay at Parkshore Resort was fantastic! We were only there for one night as we needed to catch an early flight the next morning. The staff was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They promptly moved us to a different room when the first one had some connectivity issues. The restaurant on-site served delicious food, and we even had the pleasure of meeting friendly fellow guests. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly comfortable king-sized bed - we had the best night's sleep!

This hotel is a hidden gem with its stunning beachfront location. The view from our balcony was simply breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Our room was spacious and had a king-sized bed, which was absolute bliss. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included made our mornings so much easier.

I recently stayed at Parkshore Resort for a few days to relax and enjoy the beach. The spacious room and comfortable bed made my stay extremely pleasant. The beautiful beach provided the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and set. Additionally, the lounge offered delicious food and a great location. The large room and comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep, and the breakfast, though at an additional cost, was well worth it. The hotel's room balcony also provided an exceptional view of the bay.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at a lovely beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, with a nice beach and a great lounge where we enjoyed delicious pizza. The check-in and lounge staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. To our delight, we found a $25 voucher in our room to use in the lounge, a nice and unexpected touch. The partial view from our room was stunning and the bathroom was nice as well. The standout of our stay was Danielle at the lounge, who singlehandedly took care of everyone with a smile. The electronic room key worked flawlessly, a rarity in my experience. We were also grateful for the server who attentively packed our leftovers and the hotel's tolerance for our sometimes challenging child. Although we couldn't enjoy the bonfire pit and picnic basket meal due to chilly weather, it was a swell idea. We're already looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the water trampoline and beer in the restaurant.

We chilled on the serene beach, enjoyed the cool live entertainment on Saturday night, and checked out the indigenous art forms. The adventure was epic, and the luxury was on point!

We wish there were more lively party events for young people.

Loved the amazing view of the bay from our room. the hotel is close to all amenities, including shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. We also appreciated the free parking provided.

The room was a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. the bathroom didn't have any grip in the bathtub which made it slippery and a bit dangerous.

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was amazing and always pleasant. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The beach, right on Grand Traverse Bay, was beautiful and had plenty of space. The view from my Bayside room was breathtaking every night. The location was perfect, close to everything and near downtown. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially appreciated having housekeeping every day. The parking was convenient, and the hotel also offered transportation options. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and there were days when it was tasty. I had a fantastic stay.

Breakfast in the lounge was just okay, eggs felt grainy and potatoes were crunchy. Indoor pool water was cool, not very enjoyable for swimming

The location of Parkshore Resort was perfect for our stay. It allowed us to easily explore the downtown area and visit the nearby wineries. We also enjoyed the beachfront, even though some of it had been diminished by rising water levels. The attached restaurant and bar offered delicious food and drinks, with the Artichokes Parkshore being a must-try dish. Our server, Taylor, provided exceptional service and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The balcony in our room was spacious and provided a lovely view. We appreciated the amenities like the coffee/wet bar area, fridge, and dining table for two. Additionally, the boat rental place next door was well-priced and a fun activity. we had a fantastic stay for our anniversary and would consider going back again.

One drawback, however, was that there was only one small elevator for the entire hotel, which could be a bit inconvenient at times. Another minor issue was that some parts of the hotel appeared a bit outdated, although they were still well-maintained.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was right on the beach, with a beautiful view of the bay. We loved being able to walk right out onto the sand and enjoy the water. the attached restaurant and bar were also a big plus. the food and drinks were great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We especially enjoyed the Artichokes Parkshore dish , highly recommended! Additionally, the balcony in our room was a nice size and gave us a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

Checking in was a bit of a hassle. It took a few tries to get into our room, and we were initially given the wrong room number.

Clean hotel, great prices for drinks and appetizers, good food in the lounge, friendly waitstaff and bartenders, comfortable beds, nicely heated pool.

There was nothing I didn't like.
