The fourth floor needs serious repairs!!! Broken towel hooks and damaged doors/walls are not acceptable!!! Only one elevator means a long wait at busy times!!! How about some attention to cleanliness and maintenance?

The breakfast options were limited, making it necessary to search for meals elsewhere, which was disappointing for a stay of this price.

However, the beach view I dreamed of came with a free parking lot backdrop. Note to self, parking lots aren't exactly Maui, darling!

my friends and i had a great time at parkshore resort. the location was perfect, just steps from the beach. the room was clean and spacious, and the walk-in shower was a lovely surprise! also, the staff at the front desk were super kind and accommodating, which made our early arrival a breeze. the romantic setting was great, especially for unwinding after a day of fun.

i did notice some noise late at night from nearby beachgoers, which could be a bit disruptive.

the location is awsome, right by the beach and it felt super chill. staff were really nice too, always ready to help. the patio room was so cozy and it was nice having some space outside. also, shoutout to the bartender will, he really hooked us up! the lounge is dope with a DJ on weekends, made our nights even better!

Stunning views and cozy vibes

We loved our stay! The room had this gorgeous view of the bay that made mornings special. Colleen at the front desk was so friendly and helped us with local spots. The bar area had great cocktails, but breakfast could've had more options. Also, the elevator was slow during busy times.

Had some really stunning lake views from the balcony , only to be rudely interrupted by a knocking at 1 am. Tried to call the front desk but no one picked up , which is a problem when you're feeling uneasy.

Wasn’t exactly inexpensive , but still tolerable for what it offered.

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was surprisingly good and we loved the hot tub in the pool area. However, the view didn’t match the beautiful pictures we saw online. Overall, might return!

It was just a balanced option for a passing visit in Traverse City with outstanding value. The front desk staff was friendly and did their best despite management's policy issues. Avoid the first floor if you're sensitive to noise from the lounge area.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me find my way around. I highly recommend enjoying the bar/lounge area for a drink. I'll definitely be back for Easter!

Check-in was a bit disorganized, with some staff not being very friendly, but I noticed some excellent customer service from other employees. The room had a lovely view of the lake, and it was clean, which was a highlight. However, the noise level from children running in the hallways was disruptive, especially during nap time. Dinner at the restaurant was enjoyable, with friendly service and delicious grilled meats. Breakfast could use improvement, lacking variety compared to other places. Would consider staying again, but perhaps during quieter times.
