The value for money at this hotel was great, especially with the discount for the brew pub across the street. We enjoyed the good food and atmosphere there. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

The breakfast selection was very limited and boring. Improvement could be made in providing more variety and options for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel! The location was perfect, with a great selection of restaurants and a lovely neighborhood to walk around. It was a refreshing change from the usual chain hotels. The rooms, although small, were beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed dining at the Sonoma Grill, attached to the hotel, where the food, wine, and staff were amazing. And across the street, Gracie's Gastropub with its rooftop terrace was the perfect place to unwind.

The Peery has a beautifully restored, historic feel, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. It's conveniently located near a light rail station, with restaurants, bars, City Creek shopping center, Temple Square.

I particularly loved the cozy, old-style charm of the rooms, complete with a comfortable king-size bed. The basic amenities were all provided, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location in downtown was perfect, with the added bonus of a parking lot on the side of the building, which provided its own entertainment overnight.

The fitness center in the basement is spacious and well-equipped with free weights, workout benches, yoga mats, and four machines.

Parking options are limited, with only street parking available for free but requiring moving the car at 8am or paying for metered parking with a 2-hour limit. The alternative option is an open-air lot, which may be less desirable for some guests.

The lobby was beautifully decorated with period furnishings, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. the hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of fantastic eateries within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the vegetarian restaurant and bar around the corner called Zest Cafe.

There were a few aspects of the room that were disappointing. the toilet was positioned awkwardly close to the tub, making it uncomfortable for taller individuals.
