The view from the bathtub on the Tower Bridge was breathtaking. The location in this city was also really nice. The door man Erol was funny and made lots of good conversation. The swimming pool was a must-visit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the doorman to the restaurant staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with a magnificent view of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the toiletries provided in the room. The location was perfect, close to Tower Bridge and Borough Market. The breakfast was delicious.

Amazing views from our room overlooking the river and St Paul’s. The staff were friendly and professional. We even received a complimentary birthday cake for my husband! The highlight was the morning swim in the pool on the 52nd floor. Precious memories made. highly recommended.

We fell in love with our room, it was incredibly cozy and had an unbelievable view, especially from the bathroom. The bar staff at the Gong were friendly and attentive, as were the staff at Tings during breakfast. We can't wait to come back!

The location is impeccable, with stunning views of Tower Bridge and the London Eye from the bars. The rooms are well-maintained and offer beautiful views, especially the one with a bathtub overlooking the bridge. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The breakfast buffet caters to every palate, offering a wide range of dishes from around the world.

The minibar drinks are not included in the room price, which seems a bit pricey considering the overall cost.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The staff at the concierge and check-in were so friendly and welcoming, making me feel instantly at ease. The views of London Bridge and Canary Wharf were absolutely stunning. Plus, the hotel surprised us with a room upgrade and a handmade birthday cake for my partner's birthday.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the room was spacious and had amazing views of the city. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and visiting popular attractions.

We found the price of the hotel to be quite expensive, especially for just one night. Additionally, our stay was shorter than we would have liked, as we had to check out early in the morning.

The room was excellent, city view was amazing, high expectations met, superb reputation, bed was huge and insanely comfortable.

We were lucky to have a room with a stunning view of Tower Bridge, just like in the pictures. The room itself was well-equipped with a coffee machine and luxurious L'occitane toiletries. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The automatic blackout blinds worked perfectly. The hotel went above and beyond to make my birthday special with a cake and chocolates. The staff made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful views and excellent service.
