We had an amazing stay at this charming oceanfront hotel. The value for the money was excellent and our room was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with stunning views and a quiet beach right on the property. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could be improved with some eggs or yogurt and fruit to make it more satisfying.

Excellent waterfront location, away from crowded tourist areas. Rooms have sinks and refrigerators, with a mini deck and chairs offering a nice sea breeze. Access to private beach and pool. Relaxing atmosphere.

The room at Pelham House Resort was spacious and clean, offering a relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the view from the large window facing the ocean and the cozy patio where I could enjoy the pool and a side view of the ocean. Even though the beach area was small, it had rock jetties which added to its charm. The pool was beautiful, although I couldn't enjoy it due to bad weather. I must mention that our maid, Pearl, was fantastic and added a personal touch by creating lovely "arrangements" on our bed every morning. The lobby area was also nicely decorated and spacious.

Pelham House Resort in Dennisport was a great find for our Cape Cod vacation. The hotel is directly on a beautiful beach with an awesome view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel like the most important people in the world. The rooms were nicely equipped and well-kept, providing us with everything we needed for our stay.

Limited parking and difficult beach access were the only downsides, but the staff was more than eager to assist us.

The lobby area was spacious and the resort was in a private location at the end of the street. The small private beach was steps away and there were available chairs. The staff was lovely and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

We stayed in a King Suite and the view was incredible. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was friendly. Despite a small issue with the shower, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. I recommend this hotel.
