The suite felt like home, clean and smelling great. The staff promptly provided a crib. The breakfast was good, with a fridge and kitchenette. The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our family. The pool was clean.

We got great value for our money at Towneplace Suites! The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully laid out. The hotel's location was convenient for our overnight stay near DFW, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast delights could be improved with the addition of a changing table in the lobby restroom for traveling families with toddlers and infants.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family. The breakfasts were always delicious and plentiful. The dinners were a sweet surprise and yummy!! Jamie, the assistant manager, was always around for questions and had a great smile. The kids really liked the clean pool. The beds were comfortable and everything was perfect for us!!!! We hope to be back!!!!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. the value for money is exceptional. With its affordable prices, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the well-maintained common areas, everything was immaculate. Lastly, the location of this hotel is a major plus. Being situated next to the Mall and close to the shopping center made it convenient for me to explore the area and indulge in some retail therapy.

This hotel is like a little condo, with spacious rooms that have a sofa pullout bed and a nice computer desk with plenty of outlets and good lighting. The location is great, near a mall and a lot of restaurants. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff provide excellent service.

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the comfortable beds and the romantic atmosphere created by the dim lighting in the room. the hotel's convenient location near the mall and restaurants made it easy to find good places to eat and enjoy some shopping. We also liked the fact that the hotel offered complimentary breakfast, saving us time and money in the mornings.

The worst aspects of our stay were the small and noisy elevators, which made us feel uncomfortable riding in them. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was not very good, which affected our overall experience.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights last week and it exceeded our expectations. The area around the hotel is well maintained with plenty of free parking. The lobby offers a cool and inviting atmosphere, perfect after a workout in the fitness center. Our room was spacious, complete with a kitchen, dishwasher, and smart TV that allowed us to enjoy our favorite shows on Netflix and Hulu. The closet space was abundant, and we loved the convenience of having a complimentary breakfast each morning. The staff was incredibly courteous and made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic experience at Towneplace Suites Dallas Lewisville and would highly recommend it to others.

The free breakfast was a nice way to start the day. the location was great for our New Year's Eve plans, being close to several restaurants and a mall. the heated pool was also a plus.
