Great location for quiet off-season getaway. Walkable to restaurants, beach, and Marginal Way. Lovely views from fully functional kitchen. Owner provided helpful phone walkthrough upon arrival. Will definitely return!

Had a wonderful time at a beautiful oceanfront cottage. The location was perfect, right on the water in Perkins Cove. The views from the house and the upstairs bedroom were absolutely stunning. It was so nice to be able to park my car and walk everywhere, including the Marginal Way, restaurants, and the beach. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the fully functional kitchen. Jason, the host, was very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The only minor drawback was the lack of privacy at the front door. It was a bit uncomfortable when using the shower or bathroom on that side of the house and having to walk out in just a towel or nightgown.

We had a lovely mini getaway at this oceanfront cottage. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and the beach. The house was clean and comfortable, especially the bed and leather couch. We also appreciated the fully functional kitchen. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this cottage for a peaceful and relaxing stay. a great experience!

I stayed at an oceanfront cottage in an off-season. Loved the quietness of the location. Walked Marginal Way, to restaurants, town, and the beach. Lovely views and fully functional kitchen. Jason was very accommodating and walked us through the property by phone. Will come again for sure!
