The rooms at Pestana Cr7 Times Square are so cozy and modern. I felt like I was in my own little stylish sanctuary. The view from my double room was amazing - I could see the city lights twinkling at night!

The soundproofing in the room was a bit too effective; I felt a little cut off from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to theaters and Times Square. There is a nice Italian restaurant nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable, offering a decent value. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a great experience at Pestana. The staff was extremely friendly, cheerful, and helpful. They went above and beyond to meet our needs, including printing last-minute tickets, storing our luggage, and helping with a missing parking ticket. The location is excellent, right near Hell's Kitchen with lots of restaurants and bars. The Port Authority bus station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy for us to explore neighboring areas for shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep every night. We felt safe and appreciated during our stay.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, close to everything we wanted to see and do in the heart of Manhattan. Plus, the rooms are kept very clean, and the staff is wonderful. The front desk ladies are incredibly friendly, and the bartenders always greet you with a smile. Additionally, the modern facilities and comfortable rooms made our stay very enjoyable.

Some staff members spoke too quickly and lacked patience when we checked in as tourists.

The employees were super nice and helpful, genuinely caring about your stay. the breakfast was also really good and helped save money. the storage solutions in the room were creative, getting suitcases out of the way. the location was great, close to restaurants and bars in Hell's Kitchen. the bus station nearby made it easy to go shopping in Jersey. the room was clean and a standard size, perfect for collapsing after a long day of sightseeing.

The "full beds" were cramped for two people. Towels were missing in the second room and the toilet got clogged.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel near Times Square. The staff were extremely welcoming and our modern and clean room had a really comfortable bed. We were impressed with the storage space under the bed for our suitcases. It was also a nice touch to have YouTube/screen mirroring as an option on the TV. The location of the hotel was perfect, being only a 7-minute walk from Times Square. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill our requests for extra items like towels, toothpaste, and coffee, delivering them to our door in less than 10 minutes. The extra security measures were also reassuring, especially when traveling with family. our experience was exceptional.

We loved staying at this venue, it had a modern and cozy feel to it and the location was perfect, making it easy to get around the city. The gym was top of the line, with new, high-end equipment. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and we appreciated having iced water in the lobby.
