The breakfast had plenty of options. Our room did not include free breakfast as expected. No assistance with luggage was provided. Birthday greeting for my daughter was only given when mentioned. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable with a clean bathroom. Hotel provided shuttle buses to other Disney hotels and Disneyland park. we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the good services. The location was convenient, with a pleasant walk to Disneyland.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the spacious and nicely decorated hotel rooms. The buffet breakfast had a good spread and there were amenities that kids could enjoy.

The breakfast at the Enchanted Garden restaurant was delicious, and we were thrilled to see Disney characters there.

I had the most magical experience at a hotel in Hong Kong. It was like stepping into a fairytale with a perfect mix of Disney magic and traditional decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast at Walt's Cafe, where I was served by the wonderful Julie, Chiki, and their team. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable, with Harry even impressing me with his Donald Duck impressions. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly magical stay.

Impressive lobby and breathtaking Christmas decorations. Friendly Disney characters and convenient shuttle to the theme park every 20 minutes. Access to the lounge is worth the extra fee. Attentive and professional staff make your stay truly magical. Look forward to returning. 🎄

The service at the hotel was outstanding, with courteous and helpful staff. the free shuttle to the park was frequent, modern, and comfortable. the Character Breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a variety of food options and the chance to meet and take pictures with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Pluto.

The hotel is quite expensive, with high prices for food, the gift shop, and room service. the beds in the deluxe double room were only double size, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.

I loved the character breakfast at Enchanted Garden and getting to take bedtime photos with characters! The Kingdom Club was also a great escape from the crowds. I recommend this hotel.

As a tourist in Hong Kong, I had a fantastic stay at the Disney hotel. The room for 4 people was spacious with Disney details, fast Wi-Fi, and a fun play area featuring a stackable Olaf. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, especially to the children. The best service I experienced in all of Hong Kong!

Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the theme park was a big plus. It was just a short walk away, which made it convenient to visit the park multiple times during our stay. Lastly, the friendly and efficient customer service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always ready to help and provided great assistance with any inquiries or requests we had.
