The location is great, right near Union Station, and the Irish pub downstairs is a nice touch.

My credit card was charged multiple times for amounts I didn’t authorize. Housekeeping barged into my room twice before checkout time without knocking.

The value for the money was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room exactly as pictured. The location was superb, just three blocks from the Capital, and the staff at the hotel, including the Dubliner, were extremely kind and accommodating.

The hotel breakfast menu could use improvement in terms of keeping the butter unfrozen and the food hotter for longer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, especially the very kind doormen who went above and beyond to help us. The room itself was beautiful, with two levels and a sweet winding staircase. The linens were luxurious and there were plenty of towels. Everything was sparklingly clean. The Irish Pub was an excellent option for dining and having a drink. The entertainment was excellent and the service was great. The hotel is very close to all the national attractions, including Capitol Hill and the National Mall. It is also conveniently located near Union Station, the central station, and the Capitol.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a seminar I was attending, and Phoenix Park was the perfect choice. The outstanding staff made my stay enjoyable, and the location was ideal. The comfortable beds and clean room were exactly what I needed. Plus, the additional shower heads were a unique touch. I loved my stay here and will definitely be back.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it is close to Union Station transportation hub and near Metro stations. It made it easy for us to get to major sites and find a restaurant less than 3 miles away. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Derick at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and provided us with detailed information and recommendations, making our stay even better.

The shower in our room was absolutely amazing! The water pressure was perfect and the showerhead felt like a luxurious waterfall. It was the most refreshing and relaxing shower I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Staying in this hotel gave me an amazing experience of exploring the city by train as the hotel is located within walking distance of the train station. It is also convenient to reach the major attractions in the city from this location. The room was spotless, with a walk-in shower and all the bathroom amenities provided. The staff was exceptional and very helpful in making the stay comfortable. The pub downstairs offered a great selection of drinks and dishes.

There was no coffee maker in the room and I had to go to a different floor to get a cup of coffee, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of this hotel near Union Station was perfect. We enjoyed walking to all the museums and sights around the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Although we didn't have a microwave or complimentary breakfast, there were plenty of affordable food options nearby. we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others.
