We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it is close to Union Station transportation hub and near Metro stations. It made it easy for us to get to major sites and find a restaurant less than 3 miles away. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Derick at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and provided us with detailed information and recommendations, making our stay even better.

The shower in our room was absolutely amazing! The water pressure was perfect and the showerhead felt like a luxurious waterfall. It was the most refreshing and relaxing shower I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Staying in this hotel gave me an amazing experience of exploring the city by train as the hotel is located within walking distance of the train station. It is also convenient to reach the major attractions in the city from this location. The room was spotless, with a walk-in shower and all the bathroom amenities provided. The staff was exceptional and very helpful in making the stay comfortable. The pub downstairs offered a great selection of drinks and dishes.

There was no coffee maker in the room and I had to go to a different floor to get a cup of coffee, which was a bit inconvenient.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful, even making sure I had a welcome drink upon my arrival. The hotel is conveniently located near Union Station and a variety of great restaurants. The room itself was spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities like tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. I also appreciated the fact that there was free Wi-Fi throughout the venue.

This hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent value for money. The staff is lovely, and the rooms are well cleaned with basic amenities and breakfast at quite decent prices. The location is superb, near great eateries and Union Station, with rooms that offer a view.

White noise from nearby buildings and limited space for suitcases could be improved.

The free coffee in the morning was a nice touch. The hotel was located near the major sights and transport links, which made getting around easy. The shower in the room was great - really powerful.

We felt the room was quite small and cramped. Additionally, the lack of a complimentary breakfast or microwave made it difficult to save money on meals. the hotel wasn't terrible but we would have appreciated more amenities for the price we paid.
