The river view suite was exceptional. The bed and linens felt luxurious. I appreciated the deep, long bathtub that allowed me to relax. The welcome drink added a lovely touch. Breakfast was adequate with a few nice options.

The room's giant, comfortable design and breathtaking river view elevated our stay. The warm touch of local pastries at breakfast was delightfully unique! Really attentive staff nurtured a relaxing atmosphere.

Finding the place proved tricky due to sparse signage amid local road closures! The initial confusing arrival dulled our excitement. better directions would have greatly improved the start of our adventure.

Exceptional service made my stay unforgettable! Maureen at the front desk was incredibly friendly and offered valuable local dining tips plus a refreshing beverage after my journey! !

Limited breakfast options felt sparse and left room for improvement. a bit disappointing compared to the overall charm of the inn.

The Canyon View Suite was equipped with a beautiful balcony that offered a stunning view of the river, making it an excellent spot to relax. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for a couple's getaway.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, so the room never cooled below 76 degrees at night—definitely not ideal for sleeping. We also faced a frustrating situation where the window couldn't open more than a crack due to a screw issue, leaving us to keep the balcony door open to manage the heat. Lastly, there were no alternative room options provided when we brought up the temperature concerns, which was a bit disappointing.

Our stay at the Pine Ridge Inn felt like quite the unexpected adventure! After being greeted by friendly staff with complimentary wine and beer delivered to our room, we found ourselves in a spacious suite with a stunning view of the Deschutes River. Picture this, a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, perfect for reminiscing over our past escapades. The continental breakfast each morning brought us delightful surprises, such as local bakery croissants that tasted like they were made by angels. It was a truly charming retreat that took away all stress, much like that cozy blanket you reach for on a chilly day.

Water in the shower never got hot, outdated televisions, bathroom lighting is far too dim!!! , the sink was clogged, and housekeeping policies were not properly communicated at check-in!!!

the river view from our room was just breathtakin, had that cozy fireplace which made the stay even nicer. we got a lovely complimentary drink when we arrived, which was a sweet touch. breakfast had some local bakery goodies that were super yum! the staff were really friendly and they let you refill water bottles anytime. it felt like a peaceful escape.
