We stayed at this place in the heart of Old Montreal and we absolutely loved it. The location is perfect as it is surrounded by the old buildings of a quaint Old Montreal street and close to the port, providing a great view of the water. The service we experienced here was exceptional. From room service to the housekeeping, laundry, and wake up service, everything was outstanding. On arrival, we were even offered a welcome drink and provided with tour/ticket assistance.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of a vibrant and historic area. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Metro and close proximity to the old port. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was extremely comfortable. the hotel had a fantastic restaurant with delicious food.

That breakfast was not included in the price.

Noisy room doors.

The hotel had an amazing lobby, bar, restaurant, spa, and rooms. Everything was top-notch. The staff was friendly and offered freebies for a delayed room. The car was even heated when we got it back from valet. The concierge, Sabina Da Costa and Léonie Jamet, were incredibly helpful with their recommendations and arrangements. The blend of old and new in the hotel's aesthetics was perfect.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints.

my recent stay at the william gray was even better than my previous trip to montreal - the comfortable rooms and exceptional staff in the restaurants made it a memorable experience. the blend of modern decor and historic features added a unique touch, and I loved the surprise installation video in my room. also, the espresso machine was a delightful bonus.

My room had an amazing soaking tub with a stunning view. The rooftop bar was a perfect place to enjoy a drink while looking at the city. William Gray was an excellent experience. Definitely worth staying here.

Confusing room lighting.

Our stay in the heart of Old Montreal was memorable. The hotel's central location on the square gave us access to great views of the water. The shower was powerful and the clean room with the coffee maker and comfortable bed made us happy. The restaurant served very good food and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The music in the Living Room was too loud and not relaxing.

The hotel's location by the port offered stunning views of the water and plenty of nearby attractions. The staff was exceptional, offering friendly and professional service throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the Bluetooth speaker in the room, which was a pleasant surprise and enhanced our enjoyment of the space.

Great staff, always helpful and available. Perfect location in Old Montreal near many amazing restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with Nespresso coffee makers. The toiletries provided in the room are wonderful. Spectacular views from the 7th floor.

The complementary drinks and cookies were a nice touch, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to walk to all the major attractions easily. Plus, the hotel had a great view of the city skyline from our room.

Our room was not up to par. the bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was broken.
